At Te Video Counselling & Psychotherapy, the name, derived from the Latin "I see you", is my promise. I believe true healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, accepted, and valued. and this deeply resonates with my approach.

Being truly seen and accepted for who I am, allowed me, the founder of Te Video Counselling, to grow into a more authentic version of myself.

I find this particularly important for people who, like me, may be navigating a world not always ideal for neurodivergence, processing late diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD, processing lifelong feelings of shame or failure, adapting and surviving with chronic health conditions and processing past traumas.

Society often only sees what is on the surface, healthcare can often focus on pathology - labels, diagnosis, defects, and disorders.

My desire is to see the individual beyond all that, so when developing my own Professional Practice, "Te Video" became my mantra. I strive to see the authentic version of you, before reflecting that back, to support you in reconnecting with who you truly are.
